How to Place a Decal Order
To order your free 911 decals, please download and complete the applicable decal order form below and submit via e-email (info@nl911.ca) or fax (709-758-0192). If you experience any issues with the form, please send an email with all of the requested details to info@nl911.ca
Ambulance Service Providers:
• Consider placement of decals per vehicle.
Fire Departments:
• Consider placement of decals per vehicle; i.e. both sides of vehicle and the back.
• The square decal is ideal for placement along the side or above the back bumper of auxiliary vehicles.
• The rectangle decal is idea for placement on the sides of the fire apparatus.
Once you receive your decals you may choose to install them using the applicable Decal Installation Instructions posted on the right, or have them installed by a local provider at your own expense.
